Ingredients for Fruity Flax Smoothie (makes 2 servings)

1/2 cup | pineapple, canned or fresh | 125 mL |
2 tbsp | flax seed, ground | 30 mL |
¾ cup | yogurt, tropical peach flavour, low fat | 175 g |
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- If using fresh strawberries, add 125 mL to 250 mL (½ cup to 1 cup) of ice cubes to smoothie and blend.
- Serve in 2 glasses.
