Instructions
- In a medium bowl, stir in all ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, roll mixture into balls of 2.5 cm (1 inch). Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated for up to 1 week or freeze balls for up to 3 months.
Variation: Try other types of nut or seed butters instead of peanut butter. Substitute chocolate chips for dried fruit.
